About the project:
Project Mono Air was a strategic brand and product campaign supporting the launch of the innovative Mono Air Houdi – a fully circular fleece jacket that sheds up to 80% less microfibers than conventional fleece. Developed together with House of Radon, the campaign was designed as an open-source initiative by Houdini, aiming to accelerate circular transformation within the textile industry.
By sharing every component, design decision, and principle behind the product, we wanted to inspire collaboration rather than competition – encouraging others to also create better, more sustainable solutions. It was all part of Houdini’s larger mission: leading the change toward a waste-free world.

The campaign was created around the hero film and included PR, events, SoMe, and a landning page.
