About the role/project:
At micromobility trailblazer Voi Technology, I was overall responsible for the evolution and consistency of the global brand experience, overseeing creative direction and content production across all markets.
My role as Head of Brand and Creative involved leading the brand audit, development and implementation of the brand strategy – defining purpose, vision, mission, values, and positioning – as well as shaping the visual identity system and the internal brand management structure, tools, and processes. The goal was to build a coherent and engaging brand that could scale with Voi’s rapid growth and diverse communication needs.
I also led, built, and coached the global Brand and Creative team, helping to foster collaboration, creativity, and clarity within a fast-moving, progressive organisation
